The Fine Print:
1. Scope of Services
The Caterer agrees to provide food, beverage, and related services as outlined in the agreed-upon invoice, or event order. Final menu selections, guest counts, service style, and event details must be confirmed in writing prior to event date.
2. Gratuity and Taxes
A 20% gratuity will be applied to all catering orders. Gratuity is distributed to service staff and is not a service charge or administrative fee. All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Changes & Cancellations
Final menu and guest counts are required 48 hours prior to the event. Same-day changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply to orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to event.
4. Liability
Caterer shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, or venue-related issues. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Caterer from claims arising from Client negligence or venue conditions.
